Yes, I am talking about the "leaving a comment" section.

Currently people are required to leave a comment with at least 15 characters. I want to change that requirement to only be 1 character.

Any idea how to do that?

do you have any comment plugins? the default wordpress settings allow a 1 character comment, I just tested it with Atahualpa 3.4.4 and WP 2.8.6
