I have installed and customized Montezuma with new virtual templates, new widget areas, changed css, etc.

Now I need to make another WP site (same site actually, another language). How can I replicate current customizations without doing it all over again from scratch?

If you export the montezuma settings (dashboard->appearances->MTO->EXPORT IMPORT) you can import them into the new site.
