Hey there,
I have a more traditional page, in that it is not a blog as such. I am playing with wordpress anyway because i love the ease of use and community support.
Basically I have 5 "page" pages, and I want people to be able to leave comments on only a few of them.
Although each user only sees one of these "commentable" pages, the page that people can leave comments on is different depending on who that person is (i have a login widget)
This means that I cannot simply point to a post page in the "reading" settings of wordpress.
What I have done instead is deselect "allow comments" on each of the non-commented pages, and select it only for pages where I wish users to leave comments. I also allowed comments on "page" pages within the Atahualpa Theme Options.
The login restriction tools take care of who can see what page, so no problem there.
My problem is that every page that isn't commentable, I have a footer that reads "Comments are Closed." Is there any way to get rid of this, or make it blank?
Thanks so much!
