HELP! :-)

I'm uploading my logo to the IMAGES folder, but it's not showing up on the page. Just the dreaded red "X".

My web host wrote me and said they are getting this error:

Can anyone provide some insight?

Did you recently installed or upgraded Atahualpa? It looks like the install may not have gone correctly.

I did - according to the instructions.
