Not sure if I'm missing something really simple here...I've tried to figure it out and search around.

Can anyone tell me how to make the blog title and tag line stretch across the page?

Look in ATO>Style & edit HEADER AREA. Down in the Blog Title and Blog Tagliine boxes I think you should see a wide (740px) right margin. Just play around with that CSS unitl you get what you want.

There are several styles in the style folder in atahualpa. They are mention to be examples of what you can do. If you want to try one load a copy of the theme to your computer, go to ato->export/import settings and import navigate to the styler folder and pick one of the examples.
