I'm using template_post_by_custom_query.php and it's cool! By the way I would like to remove "Archive for the ‘News’ Category" shown on the top of the page. I would appreciate any suggestion. Thank you.

are you using any category plugins?

Yes, I made 2 pages for the same category contents. For some reason I would like to show the category in full post. So One page shows by tag and another page shows by category. I would be happy if I could vanish "Archivs....".

Try this, disable the category plugin and see if that heading goes away.
Btw, I put up a new version that fixed an issue with pagination

do you have the custom field 'custom_query' defined and a value for it?
are you running this locally or somewhere I could see it?
what version of PHP?
What OS?
What ver of Atahualpa and WP?
I'll be darned if I can reproduce this locally or on my host so t has to be an environmental issue

I returned the former version of custom query.php. It's nicely work.

My info is

PHP 5.1.6
Atahualpa and Wordpress is the newest version
I'm using CentOs in Prallels.
