can you please tell me where to place the tags to make the plugin User Photo work in posts, comments, pages and sidebar. I have it working in posts but i have seen the author photos with titles and text wrapped around in other blogs and i prefer that. The site is http://pagopago.com/faitatala

You can have your authors and users get a free gravatar account, where they upload a photo, which is then linked to their email address. When they register with your site using that email address, their gravatar image will show up. www.gravatar.com

I just solved the Comments issue but I don't really know what I did. I looked at all the "Settings" files and found the "Discussions" and "User Photo" sections. When I looked at these sections, I found the settings to be what I wanted. So, I just saved them without changing anything. And, to my amazement, the user photos appeared where I want them.

I also setup Gravatars for a couple of my users but I find this process too complicated to be asking novice users to do. But I will suggest it to everyone.
