Internet Explorer has my Page Menu Bar all jacked up...
http://lpar.org - look at it in Firefox and IE to see the difference. Chrome shows it fine as well.
Also, notice I have a small thin grey bar above and below my header image. I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove those bars. Any help would be appreciated.

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
