When I 'Save Theme Option' (it does this fine) the option page jumps to the 'Start' menu.
It's annoying if you're trying out options to have to go back to the option page you were working on.
I'm sure earlier versions didn't do this.
This is in 3.4.4, WP 2.8. Safari 4.0 Windows XP

It goes to Start in firefox while waiting to save and then goes to original option page...

are you on WP 2.8 or 2.8.?
what version of PHP?

Ok, after a re-boot it's no longer doing this; some kind of caching issue?
