Could anyone tell me how to install the Spanish translation of Atahualpa 3.4.1?

Moreover, I've found the Spanish translation to version 3.4.2.

Now, Where do I install those two files?

You should only need to have the es_ES.mo file in the Atahualpa theme directory, and the WP install set to spanish in wp-config.php
