I have a wordpress site that I need to upgrade from wordpress 2.6 to 2.8. I want to know if Atahualpa 2.21 is compatible with wordpress 2.8. I did alot of customization on the Atahualpa 2.21 theme.

DONE: Officially drop support for WP 2.2. There were errors anyway since the last few releases. Started fixing them but it requires too much extra code for WP 2.2 due to the missing tag functionality. Spanning 6 major WP releases (2.2-2.8) makes the code hard to maintain

I think you misunderstood my question... I want to know if Atahualpa 2.21 is compatible with WP 2.8, not if Atahualpa 3.4 is compatible with WP 2.2...

I don't know - Flynn might venture an opinion, but you will probably just have to try it.
Personally I would upgrade Atahualpa
