Fatal Error Line 63 theme.php

I have this fatal error on my main page when I pull it up to edit it. the whole page is blank and wont come up. Help!

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14 bytes) in /home4/endisine/public_html/autoschoolguide/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 63

what version of Atahuapa, WP and PHP?
What is the URL?
Does the default theme work?

Change the directory name of Atahualpa to something else i.e. /wp-content/themes/_atahualpa/ then WP will fall back to the default theme. Try disabling 1-2 plugins to save PHP memory. Ask your host to increase your PHP memory limit from 32 MB to more

In 3.4.2 I am able to run a whole bunch of plugins with 32 MB PHP memory
