Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Novice Qs: Editing js.php and Configuring CSS & JS to Inline

Hi All:

Two novice questions:

1) How does one edit js.php? Where, exactly, is the file located?

2) How does one configure in settings CSS & JS to inline or external?

I'm using 3.2.

This was introduced in 3.4, in 3.2 you cannot set inline/external and there's also no js.php
