Sorry for the mis-post. This is more appropriately placed. I'm trying to update my 3.4.01 install to 3.4.1 I used the Wordpress theme installer to do that but the Atahualpa install failed because the install directory already exists. Could someone suggest an appropriate way to update my Atahualpa install?

name each atahualpa folder with the release number, so Atahualpa 3.3.3 would be atahualpa333, atahualpa 3.4 would be atahualpa34 etc, then you can load each folder to ..wp-contents/themes/... and switch when ever you like
