We just updated to the Atahualpa 3.7.18 version and now our background image will not show. It was working fine in the last version. I set the background as it states in the "Body, Text & Links" section but still nothing. I reset it back to the default and still nothing. Again, it was working fine in the previous version. We are (were) about to go live but can't until this works. I can only imagine there's something wrong with the update. What do we do now? Thanks for your help.

Try this - go to the header, center and footer config options and hit the save.

Thanks so much for your help! None of us over here have any idea why it won't show. I did as you asked and went to each section and clicked "Save" Still no background shows. It's odd that is was showing before the update but now it doesn't

Here's the line I put in at "Appearance" "Body, Text & Links"

I also tried pointing it to our own background and still nothing shows.
I checked to make sure that file is in that locations and it definitely is.

Thanks again for your help. I've tried everything I can think of. We're out of options at this end. I even tried installing another theme, making it active, deleting this theme, then reinstalling this theme and making it active again. Still doesn't seem to work. I'm thinking maybe something, somewhere is over writing the command or some link is hard coded but I really have no idea where, or how that could be. Like I said, we're out of options at this end. We've been talking about just picking a different theme and starting all over again. If we have to do that.
