I seem to have disabled the comments on my individual blog pages in the Montezuma theme. Do you know how I can re-enable them?

that's a wordpress feature
see dashboard->settings->discussion and look at the individual posts
dashboard->posts->any post and look for the discussions option (if you don't see it click the 'screen options' top right and check the check box)
