How do you add social media icons with links to the logo area?

I have not tried anything yet as have no idea what to try or do, is there a quick and simple widget solution or must it be a coded solution of some description? Thanks.

There are several social media plugins that could be added to a "New widget area" that is created in the logo area and then positioned with CSS.

You could also add the links with the images into the 'Configure header Area' option and then position them where you want with CSS.
