I have been having random errors establishing database connection on my GoDaddy hosted WordPress. GoDaddy claims to have traced the error to this file "http://countystation.com/?bfa_ata_file=js" that is hanging or not loading. Is this part of the Atahualpa code anywhere? I recognise the BFA and ATA as Bytes For All and Atahualpa.

Thoughts? Screams of pain? :D

That is the external jscripts. If you set inscription to internal (one of the last options) then the jscript will be internal on each page.

I would be surprised if that was the issue. I do not recommend godaddy as a host

Have you tried renaming the atahualpa folder. That should cause the default theme to be enabled. If you still can't login or view the site it isn't related to the theme.
