There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021
The sidebar goes missing on all pages pages. Can someone help me please. It is set to appear on all pages in the settings menu.

That is too little info to make a guess.

What version of Atahualpa?
What are your settings for the sidebar section of the theme options?
What version of WordPress?
Have you tried anything?
Have you tried deactivating all plugins to test for a conflict?

Atahualpa 3.7.8
Wordpress 3.4.2
The problem is only on pages using the Business Directory plugin. The right side bar shows on the main page (where the categories are displayed) but not on the sub pages.
I don't think the version of Atahualpa is an issue but I'm not sure about the version of WordPress. I am also unfamiliar with the directory plugin.
I would set up a test on your testing/sandbox site and play with various configurations and implement the fix on your live site. That is how I troubleshoot.

if it only happens on the pages that the plugin controls, then it is not letting the theme handle calls to the siedebar.
I've seen this issue in some ecomerce plugins and it takes a couple hours to figure out where the problem is.
