How I can set up date-time stamp just under (near) the title of post or page?
Now this stamp is locationg on bottom of post.

I know that, but I can't find where this option exactly? (in what section)

look at the theme option sections and ask yourself 'what part of the page am I dealing with?' and then search thru that part of the options
