I have seen some other threads where folks can't seem to import their exported settings. I am running into the same issue. I even DL'd notepad++ and tried to use the unwrap command, but to no avail.
Can someone fix the attached file for me please?

the export does seem to be corrupt. Even a independedt utility can't open it. Here is what I would do (and sorry this will take some time.
First, backup the database, then
Create a new wordpress site with Atahualpa. Open the backend of both sites and one by one copy the settings of the atahualpa pages to the new sites atahualpa options. When you are done attempt an export from the new site and try importing THAT file to your other site.
It may be that something is corrupt in the DB or maybe not, no way to tell, but that is the only way I can think to get past this.
If it works, then you should use phpmyadmin to go into the site that the export is bad and delete the 'bfa_ata4' row from the wp-options table. Then import the exported file.

Thanks for the input JD.
Which database do you think is corrupt? The original one, or the one I am attempting to import into?
I am only trying to create a test sub-domain so if it is this new one I created I will just re-start with another subdomain. My primary site is up, running and has never caused me issues so I would think it does not have the corrupt db?
Thx.

I think the problem is with the original DB and something in the BFA_ata4 record that contains all the options. It is not messed up enough to not work, it just can't export properly
