I've been using the Atahualpa theme almost exclusively, and I'm very familiar with that - love it! But I was happy to see another great theme from you. The only problem I'm having with Montezuma is that I want a full-width slider on the Home page. When I create any other page and use the "image" template, I'm able to get the slider full-width. But even when I choose the "image" template for the home page, firebug tells me the #content class for that page is "col8." (I'm working locally, so I can't give you a URL.)

I've tried modifying the index.php file, but that doesn't appear to be the home page template.

Any suggestions?

same problem here with home page template...

i created a custom template (fullwidth with some custom arrangements) for a page i wish to use as home : when not selected as 'static homepage' and viewed as a standard, the page displays very fine, but when selected and viewed as the blog homepage, it shows with a 'col8' content div and an unwanted 'col4' widget sidebar...

are the above mentionned changes on theme are relative to that problem ?? is there some kind of a planned time-line for this changes ??

i just created a new montezuma main template called "front-page.php" (which happens to be a copy of my custom template) and now things work like a charm !!!

i m not the thread starter and don't know if status can be changed to [solved]...
