Look at this:

obviously I want to move sidebar to the side and down. As I can see the main thing is that the post content is in the div tag while the sidebar is whole in the td tag and you can't use padding margin and stuff. Where can I edit html so I can put div tag inside td#right?

How about adding top padding to td#right?

I tried, it doesn't move sidebar, it moves only the widget.

I am not clear on what you want to do and without seeing the site I am guessing at how to accomplish positioning like this.
