I am getting a 400 bad request from this url.

I dont know why? I have set a redirect for it but it does not correct it. I am getting 10 to 100 hits a day. Please let me know how to correct or what information I am leaving out.

My problem is that I don't know what is creating that bad url? And for some reason when I do a redirect it does not work for this url.
