Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

I saw a tip about adding comment to pages, but it applies to Atahualpa. As ByteForAll theme doesn't have the option "Allow comments on "Page" pages".

http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=594

So, how can I enable comments on pages ?

Thanks

The "Bytes For All" theme doesn't have this option.

I modified the page.php, added the

<?php comments_template(); ?>

So it goes like this

<?php endwhile; endif; ?>
<?php comments_template(); ?>
<?php edit_post_link('Edit this entry.', '<p>', '</p>'); ?>

It worked.

Promking when I follow what you did my comments section appears above the content which isn't normal.

How do I get it to appear under the post like normal. I must be putting the code in wrong somehow.

If you look at the date, 'promking' made his post in 2009.

If you want comments on pages go to ato-> Style & configure COMMENTS->Allow comments on "Page" pages, too? and set it to YES

Is it possible to customise on which pages to have comments and on which disable it?
// sorry, I found already that it is WordPress option - they just hide this module in the edit page.
