For many days I've been looking for a solution for my problems, I'm trying to make the header of the image. I'vtried in many ways.
1. putting all the background like a header background: I've tried the things i've seen in the forums but i cant see good results.
2. trying to put the black background like menubackground. The same as number 1.

Any advice how I can make it possible?

If you want an image behind the logo title area you could try this. Add the following to the CSS Inserts point at your image of course

td.logoarea-title {
    background: url(http://yourdomain.com/wp-content/backgound.gif) no-repeat top left;
}
