I wonder if anybody knows of a good file upload plug-in. I need a plug-in that will upload the file ( .zip or .pdf ) to the webspace and not send it as an attachment to an email.

From the admin side, I need the admin to have the ability to delete the file once they've downloaded it.

If another information can be sent, such as name, email address, phone, etc. from the visitor to the admin, that would be nice.

WP Easy Uploader is good if you know your file directory structure. It allows you to browse through it but you have to put in a starting point.
