I´ve tried to change the padding of my sidebars, but it does not work.

That´s my left sidebar style:
padding: 10px 30px 10px 0px;
background: #fff;
text-align: right;

as you can see on yoga-im-westen.de There is absolutely no padding?? Is it because I am using Version 3.4.1 - Don´t want to update if not necassary.

I think the plugin 'occupancy plan' is causing the issue.

You really should upgrade 3.4.1 is getting very old. If you have updated WP to version 3.X you may have issues because 3.4.1 does not support some of the things that were added to WP.
