I tried to implement the code as described into Atahualpa, placing the Markup bit on a fresh page, and the CSS bit into CSS Inserts, but I couldn't figure out where to put the javascript bit. After trying about ten different places with no luck, I decided to see if any brilliant users could offer a suggestion

At least the images all appear, but the transition doesn't function, so I assume it's because I haven't implemented the js correctly. http://amft-test.butterfly-soup.com/image-mosaic/

stick the jscript in ato->Add HTML/CSS Inserts->HTML Inserts: Body Bottom

Ah - I discovered in looking at the demo page source that I was missing the line

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js"></script>

This was my first experiment with javascript, so that's a valuable lesson - thanks Juggledad!
