Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Greetings,

I have had a great time using this theme, and really appreciate the hard work that has gone into its creation. Since this is my first time creating a website, and also working with Wordpress, it says alot that I can actually get a site up an looking good. Thank You!

I read some of the posts that a new theme upgrade is to released soon. I am having a XML parsing Error when I try to set up my RSS for Comments. The Feed Validator results are below. Is this an easy fix, or should I wait for the upgrade?

Thanks, Island Ed

That "&cpage" error is caused by Wordpress as far as I can tell, not the theme. Those URLs were introduced with the new paged comments of WP 2.7.

See if it goes away if you use the default theme (probably not, unless you don't use a comments widget there) or if you remove the Recent Comments widget (or any widget that lists URLs with "&cpage" on your site) - then the error might go away.

The reason is those URLs should read "&cpage" (encoded). As it is now, Internet Explorer (and maybe other browsers) try to interpret them as HTML entities, and then report that such HTML entities don't exist.

Thanks Flynn,

Hmmm... I don't have a comments widget enabled. I guess I'll search the Wordpress forum and see what I can find there. Thank you for such a quick response.
