Check Meta Descriptions and keywords etc

Hi

I know this is basic stuff to you people, however if I want to check my meta description and keywords and other bits and bobs which folders and files should I be looking in.

Are they in the themes, atahualpa folder ?

Do I need a PHP programme to read the files ?

As I have Dreamweaver CS3 at present with no php add on.

Sorry I'm still a novice at this so any tips would be most grateful.

I was going to use All in one seo, so I guess I dont need to fill that in ? I just wanted to view the actual file. Is that possible ?

you can use All in one or what ever one you want. Follow the directions for the plugin you want to use
