After changing my WP theme to Atahualpa, my custom WP menu no longer works. It displays fine, but I can't rearrange the pages by dragging them like I used to.

I remember I had this problem with another site, but it was related to a plugin, which is not being used in this case. In his case, I had to switch themes, since I couldn't switch plugins.
I just spent hours reconfiguring my site for Atahualpa and I really don't want to switch back as I don't have the flexibility with the design as I do with Atahualpa.

I am using 3.6.7 and all patches have been applied.

Right now the menu items that are showing are generated by Atahaulpa, but since my menu items link to outside pages on my main site, I like to use the custom menu feature, because it is much simpler.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Never mind, it was plugin related after all. It was the WP Time Machine plugin. Sorry to bother!
