Getting "Blog" page to look the same as "Page" page.

Hi,

First time I am asking for technical help here. Have searched for an existing answer but no luck.

Pertaining to the following - www.rockunited.co.uk

I have got an image to display as the background in the Kicker of regular "Page" pages but on my Blog page (http://www.rockunited.co.uk/wordpress/rock-united-blog) I can't figure out how to get the image to sit at the top of the page.

I am not too fussed about individual post pages but would like the main Blog page to look the same as the other pages.
