Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Actually, there are two questions. Please see the attached screenshot. This is ATA 353 on WP 321

1) how to remove the black and gray background that spans the entire screen at arrow #1.

2) how to introduce a few pixel of blank or white space between the header image and the %bar1 above the pages?

1) That black and gray is the background image that is with the style you imported - look at ato->Body, Text & Links->Body Style the 'backgound' part

2) why not usae %bar2 ad configure it how you want?

Excellent and prompt help. Thank you.

I was going crazy until you picked up on that background image. It was staring me right inthe face and I wasn't seeing it.

To fix the space issue, just as you suggested, I put bar2 above %pages and configured it:

height: 10px;
border-bottom: solid 3px #bd93c3;

That added the white space I wanted.

Then I used bar1 below %pages but configured:

height: 0px;
border-top: solid 3px #bd93c3;

Both problems solved. Thanks!!
