After I upgraded to Atahualpa Version 3.6.7 (with WordPress 3.1.3) the plugin Post Layout Pro plugin isn't working anymore http://www.satollo.net/plugins/post-layout-pro
The plugin is used to show Adsense at the beginning and the end of the page.

I can see the code on the page, but it isn't showing on the page.

In 3.5.3, how did you tell the plugin where to display the ad's?

I told the plugin to show ads in: Single posts, pages, Home and tags and categories pages
The plugin ads the code to these places automatic, I have no control of the code and where to place the ads.
I have done exactly the same in 3.6.7
