I am using Wordpress version 3.1.3. Where do I find the history link? It doesn't seem obvious. Did I disable it? Where? Any help would be appreciated.

You probably need to check the revisions box in Screen Options. The latest update for WP appears to have turned off some of the options perhaps so people were made aware of the ability to hide that which you don't need.

Dashboard->posts->edit a post and look at the top right area of the screen for a tab labeled 'screen options' - the is totally a wordpress issue, nothing to o with the theme
