How can I exclude Adsense ad on specific pages?

I want to exclude Adsense ad on "about" and "contact" page on my site. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

code a CSS selector based on the page and use the rule 'display:none;' or put some login in to not display the AD on those pages

I have no idea where "CSS selector based on the page" is. Can you give me a little more detail on how to do this. Where do I go to insert that rule 'display:none;? Thanks.

Have you looked at the plugin's options and looked thru it's documentation to see if it has a way of doing that?
