As the title states I have done a completely clean install, new database (default post and page only) along with a new install of Atahualpa 3.6.4 and nothing shows up. No plugins installed. The default WP theme shows just fine and I can access the dashboard just fine, I can even make changes to Atahualpa via the dashboard no problem but to no avail the site is just blank white.

I will continue to check things out but hope to hear from you lovely folks for a bit of guidance. I am not new to WP or Atahualpa and have used it before so I am at a loss here.

you are running into 'Suhosin' see if you are getting blank page with Atahualpa 3.6.x (Suhosin issue)

Thank you for the reply and I agree it does appear to be the issue. However I tried all the ideas listed and no joy. I did find that Atahualpa 3.5.3 works just fine and the theme is just set to very plain settings. So with this I am continuing. I am nearly complete after the database was installed and a few minor details were corrected all is looking back to normal. Thank you again for the reply.

You'll need to contact your host to find out how to whitelist something

Yeah, gave them the heads up. Not my choice is hosts but my friend picked them. Made this site for him so as long as it is working now we can worry about upgrading later down the road.
