Hello, thanks for this wonderful theme.

There are two things I'm having trouble with.
I select no on blog title to remove the title from the site. Now how do I add an image there instead?

Also, I have removed the feed and comment tools from above the search bar. How do I add text to this area?

Set Theme Options -> Header -> Remove Blog Title / Remove Blog Tagline to "Yes" and put the file name of your logo into Theme Options -> Header -> Show Logo Image?, and upload the image to /atahualpa332/images/

There's currently no option to show only the feed text without the icons, you'd have to edit bfa_header_config.php for this and remove the images there.

I added my image and then edited it to put an important license number on the image.

Now the problem I am having is on computers with smaller displays the image is being resized and cutting out the license number. Is there a way to retain the entire image without breaking out of the border?

If you want the image to neither shrink nor be cut off nor overflow then set an appropriate fixed width for the layout at Theme Options -> Layout
