There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] using Atahualpa 3.6.1 is there a way to call only the categories i need?

instead of excluding ones i don't need? The list of categories is massive.

Call them to where? I use the List Category Posts plugin for perhaps what you are asking.

muddling my way though a career.
i posted this to the category menu bars forum so i thought it would be obvious... my bad. I'm talking about the ATO "Exclude categories from Category Menu Bar?" option.

I wound up paring down the categories and giving them hierarchies so now i have 12 parent categories...
EDIT: problem solved, see above.
