I am changing the hex value of the post title like I always do and for some reason it is not changing.
I have tried deleting the post title and placing it inside the post but it stays there. I have emptied the cache and restarted my machine. Not sure what else to try. Any advice?

there are two places you need to change the post/page title - once when it is used as a link - as on a multi post page - and the other when it is not a link - like on a single post page.

you should find these areas in the theme options.
