why can I choice only left or right sidebar?

I would add a bottom sider, when I public my tag page!

You can add new widget areas. See ATO>Add NEW WIDGET AREAS and look at the instructions. This will probably take you awhile to understand so play around with them for awhile.

you don't edit and php, look at the theme options.
