Is there a single setting where a single color can be set for site-wide background? Or does it have to be done on each sidebar, widget, etc. Thanks very much for prompt expertise!!

If all the sidebars, center area etc are set to transparent, then the value at ato->Body, Text & Links->Body Style will show thru.

Thanks - this worked fine; the only thing I cannot manage is the page bar and top of sidebars. Attached shows what's missing: a solid page bar (same background color as page items etc) and sidebars that fill in gap between their current top and page bar border. Many thanks.
