Hi

I want for my site www.fabforties.de the articles from one categroy in the left sidebar, but not in the center. The articles from the two other main categories should appear as usual.

I am quite sure this is not difficult, but what do I have to do??

I would search for plugins to do that. I have seen plugins to restrict the cats in the sidebar. There are plugins like List Category Posts and there is a custom query template in the Gold Forum to limit the page to a particular category or categories also.

I know the "List Category Posts".

Do you know if I can use the "catlist" in the loop?

I never tried but I suspect the shortcode will only work in a post or page.

I put the following code int the area "above the loop"

and this works good! Quite easy :-)
