There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021
I am trying to get the full post to stop displaying after I click the excerpt. I have all the boxes set to "only excerpts" and the other to "0" yet when I click on the link to the post in the excerpt it shows the full post. I want it to only show the excerpt? Thanks
I assume that you are viewing the excerpts on the blog page. WordPress is designed that when you click on the link (the read more) it will bring you to the full post. Why would you want to click on an excerpt and only see the excerpt?

I just want to use it to post as a snippet. So yes I have the excerpt on the blog(home) page. Any way to do it?
but if you have excerpts on the home(blog) page, and I click on it and go to a page and only see the excerpt, how will someone ever see the full post?
I'm very unclear as to what you are trying to do.

Thanks, that makes sense. Somehow I overlooked the most obvious conclusion and all I had to do was turn the excerpt off!
