Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

I need to place three images on my blog homepage as clickable icons.

They will be: three across in a row and centered on the page. They need to be located below the top banner header and above my "Home/About" header. Each image is 288 x 144.

I would love some help! The blog is located at http://therunawayspoon.com/blog/

I have attached one of the images I would like to place.

Thanks so much in advance!

If a solution to the question I asked in this thread is implemented, the answer should solve your question as well. You could treat the 3 clickable images like ads.

To make a clickable image, follow this format:

HTML Code:
<a href="URL OF DESTINATION"><img src="IMAGE URL GOES HERE" border="0"></a>

I tried adding the HTML you suggested, but nothing appears after I save it. I think there are a few things I'm doing wrong, but don't know how to solve them:

1. Where should I place the code? Currently, it's located in this text box for "bar2": Horizontal Bar 2: Styling

2. Where do I FTP my image? It is currently in the "images" folder.

3. Is this code correct if I want to make my image, spoonicon.jpg, clickable?

<a href="URL OF DESTINATION"><img src="spoonicon.jpg" border="0"></a>

I figured it out! Woo hoo!

I created my icons in Dreamweaver, then cut and pasted it into the HTML/CSS Inserts>HTML Inserts: Body Top
