[SOLVED] Ordering pages for horizontal nav bar and adding space before and after the

I would like to add padding before and after the horizontal nav bar name, have tried adding padding to the HTML/CSS, but not sure what HTML selector or class style to place it on.

Also, I read that I need to go to Manage -> Pages -> Click Page titles -> Page Order, however I don't know where to find this.

means go to the WP dashobard-> Pages ->Edit-> Click Page titles -> change the option 'Page Order'
