I trouble, too, printing the pages of http://manniche.daes.dk/wp/. I get - too - only a narrow strip of text at the right border.
I have looked through some older solutions, mentioning editing the style.css, adding a new Print Style section.

I wonder - my style.css is extremely short, only saying

I use a multilanguage version found at http://wpml.org/2009/08/multilingual-atahualpa-theme/

That has inserted the footer-language

But as I looked into the newest version 3.4.2 the style was equally short.

Where have all the styles from older versions gone?

Please help - I have spend a lot of time trying to figure it out.
