I am trying to have a simple banner graphic in place of the logo area and blog title and I can't get rid of the comments and rss feed links. There is an option for the search box, but not the two links. Could you please advise how to do this? Many thanks.

You can remove them at RSS Settings -> Show Post Feed icon? / Show Comment Feed icon? / Show Feedburner Email icon?

What if I want to add JUST the RSS Post option to my sidebar. I see where I can add in all 3 Post, E-mail, and Comment, but is there a way that only the RSS Post option will show up and not the other 2?

You would have to edit functions/bfa_subscribe.php or use another widget/plugin
