how do i align my page menu bar on the same height/level as my logo ?

i've added the image of how it looks now
but i want the logo to be lower, want it to be near the dashed line

thnks i;ve looked around and did some experimenting
it took me a while but i finally got it
but now've i've encountered another problem and searched the forum also a bit but couldn't find the right help with this new problem

cause now i've got the logo where i wanted but the page menu has risen up to the top
and i want it to get down, but when i start playing with the padding and the margins the logo image also starts to drop

so long story short how do i drop the page menu without dropping the logo as well
